Ambassador Program - Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into by and between Red Bank Studio (“The Studio,” “We,” or “Us”) and the individual or business (“Ambassador”) participating in the Ambassador Program.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Ambassador Program rewards individuals or businesses who refer brides and couples to book services with Red Bank Studio through positive promotion and word-of-mouth recommendations.

2. Eligibility

•The program is open to everyone, including wedding professionals, clients, and individuals.

•Only previous clients and wedding professionals we have worked with in the past will receive invitations to join directly.

•Ambassadors must register with Red Bank Studio to qualify.

3. Referral Process and Commission

1.Referral Method:

•To receive a commission, the referred bride or couple must name the Ambassador as their referral on their client profile.

•Referrals can be added during booking or any time before final payment is made.

•Each bride or couple may name only one Ambassador.

2.Commission Amount:

•Ambassadors will receive 5% commission on the total package value after any discounts.

3.Payment Terms:

•The commission will be paid after we receive the full payment for the wedding photography package. This typically occurs on the wedding day.

•If the referred couple cancels their contract, the Ambassador will not receive any commission.

4.No Referral Limits:

•There is no limit to the number of couples an Ambassador can refer.

4. Social Media and Promotion Obligations

1.Ambassadors are expected to promote Red Bank Studio in a positive light across social media platforms, wedding groups, and other mediums.

2.While there are no mandatory posting requirements, we suggest Ambassadors post about Red Bank Studio at least once per month.

3.Ambassadors will receive branded content (such as images, templates, or suggested posts) from Red Bank Studio on a monthly basis to assist with their promotions.

5. Program Termination

1.Red Bank Studio reserves the right to terminate this program or revoke an individual’s Ambassador status at any time.

2.Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

•Failure to promote Red Bank Studio positively;

•Failure to meet reasonable promotional expectations;

•Any behavior deemed detrimental to Red Bank Studio’s reputation.

3.Upon termination:

•Any outstanding referrals will not be paid out.

•The Ambassador will no longer be eligible to receive commissions.

6. Program Duration

This is an ongoing program, but Red Bank Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with written notice.

7. Agreement Acknowledgement

By signing up as an Ambassador, the individual or business agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement becomes valid immediately upon sign-up.
