Getting Ready at The Farm on Main
The day began at 12:00 PM with bride Paige getting ready onsite. Key moments included an emotional exchange of letters between the bride and groom, candid robe shots with bridesmaids, and a tender first look between Paige and her nephew, Jaxson. Sentimental touches—like Grandma’s pearls, beautifully wrapped in the bridal bouquet—added a meaningful layer to the photography.
Her bridal party, made up of close friends and family including Madison Bailey (MOH) and Harriett Elmer (Grandmother), helped create an atmosphere of joyful anticipation. Meanwhile, Ryan’s preparation with his groomsmen featured playful moments like funky socks and warm interactions with his parents and grandfather, Melvin Elmer.
First Look & Romantic Portraits
At 2:30 PM, the couple shared a heartfelt first look at the venue’s rustic horse barn. This quiet, emotional moment was followed by stunning couple’s portraits showcasing everything from veil-kissed smiles to artistic ring shots. The natural setting and soft spring lighting were perfect for romantic wedding photography in New Jersey.
Wedding Party & Family Photos
By 3:15 PM, we shifted focus to the full bridal party for a mix of posed and playful group shots—including fun candid moments like the groomsmen lifting Ryan and a “shocked” ring reveal with the bridesmaids. At 4:00 PM, extended family joined in for portraits that honored both sides, including individual shots with key members and inclusive group setups featuring stepfamily and children like Colt and Liam.
Ceremony in the Garden
Set against the serene backdrop of The Farm on Main, the ceremony began at 4:30 PM and was officiated by a close friend. With heartfelt vows and a ring exchange that brought guests to tears, it was a deeply personal event. Our cameras captured not only the couple’s connection but also the reactions of their loved ones as they said “I do.”
Cocktail Hour Fun
Guests were welcomed into a relaxed cocktail hour at 5:00 PM, complete with tailgate games and laid-back mingling. These spontaneous, joy-filled moments are the heart of wedding photography, offering a natural glimpse into the guest experience.
Reception Magic & Final Dance
At 6:00 PM, the reception began with a romantic first dance, followed by heartfelt speeches from both mothers, the father of the groom, maid of honor, and best man. The couple opted for a quiet, sweet cake-cutting instead of traditional bouquet and garter tosses.
Before the night ended, Paige and Ryan shared a private final dance—just the two of them under the soft venue lights—a perfect closing moment for their love story.
