Lambertville Station Inn Wedding Magic

A Timeless Celebration at Lambertville Station Inn

Julienne & William’s November 8, 2025 wedding at the Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn was the perfect blend of heartfelt moments, elegant details, and scenic riverside charm. As New Jersey wedding photographers who adore documenting love stories filled with laughter and emotion, we were honored to capture every part of this unforgettable day. The Lambertville Station Inn offers one of the most picturesque backdrops for wedding photography in New Jersey, with the Delaware River flowing just steps from the venue — a setting that made their portraits incredibly romantic and timeless.

Getting Ready at Lambertville Station Inn

The morning began in the beautifully appointed suites of Lambertville Station Inn, where the energy was filled with anticipation and warmth. Julienne and her six bridesmaids gathered in the bridal suite wearing matching robes and cozy PJs, creating the sweetest atmosphere for candid photography. Soft window light illuminated delicate details such as the dress, jewelry, shoes, and sentimental keepsakes — the perfect setting for capturing the emotional start of the day, aligning beautifully with the recommended preparation timing outlined in the Red Bank Studio workflow.

Meanwhile, William and his six groomsmen got ready in a junior suite, sharing laughs, adjusting boutonnieres, and showing off their matching socks and engraved lighters — a fun personal touch that photographed beautifully. Their camaraderie was unmistakable, and these moments always become a meaningful part of a couple’s final gallery.

Both bride and groom took time to exchange heartfelt letters before seeing each other, allowing for emotional documentary-style images that help tell the full story of the day.

At 12:45 PM, Julienne shared a touching first look with her father, Jay, while William shared an equally meaningful first look with his mom, Maureen. These tender parent reveals are always some of the most powerful photographs in a wedding gallery.

Riverside First Look and Couples Portraits at Lambertville Station Inn

Lambertville Station Inn Couples Session

Right along the scenic Delaware River, Julienne & William embraced for their first look at 1:00 PM. With the gentle sound of the water, the historic bridge nearby, and golden fall light, these portraits truly highlighted the natural beauty of the Lambertville setting. The couple’s connection was effortless — joyful, emotional, and full of warmth — making this part of the day magical to photograph.

Bridal Party & Family Photos at Lambertville Station Inn

The bridal party gathered at 1:45 PM for portraits that balanced classic elegance with a fun, celebratory vibe. With six bridesmaids and six groomsmen, we captured everything from polished group shots to lively candid moments, ensuring variety and personality. The venue’s natural textures, river views, and brick pathways offered endless creative possibilities.

Family photos began at 2:30 PM, allowing for a relaxed and well-organized session before the ceremony. These portraits are essential in preserving generational memories and documenting the people who mean the most.

A Heartfelt Religious Ceremony at Lambertville Station Inn

At 4:05 PM, guests gathered for a deeply meaningful religious ceremony. We photographed each key moment: the processional, veil pinning, Veil and Cord Ceremony, Unity Candle lighting, vows, ring exchange, and their joyous first kiss as newlyweds. The ceremony space was beautifully prepared, and as outlined in our studio process, our second shooter captured the fully set ceremony location before guests arrived.

Cocktail Hour, Reception & Evening Celebration

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour began at 5:00 PM inside the welcoming and rustic-elegant Lambertville Station Inn. Guests enjoyed warm ambiance, artisan food displays, and river views while the couple mingled and soaked in the joy around them.

At 6:00 PM, the reception opened with grand entrances, followed by the couple’s first dance, a heartfelt father-daughter and mother-son dance, and six heartfelt speeches from their closest loved ones — a perfect blend of laughter, happy tears, and celebration. The evening continued with lively dance-floor moments, a romantic cake-cutting off to the side, and a unique empanada send-off to end the night on a delicious and memorable note.

Throughout the reception, we also planned a brief sneak-out for evening portraits, allowing the couple to enjoy a quiet moment together while capturing glowing nighttime photographs, a signature of Red Bank Studio’s style.
