A Timeless Love Story at The Palace at Somerset Park
On August 8, 2025, Nikki and Ryan celebrated their love at the stunning The Palace at Somerset Park, located on Davidson Avenue in Somerset, NJ. This breathtaking New Jersey venue set the stage for an unforgettable day filled with emotion, elegance, and joyful celebration — and Red Bank Studio was there to capture every heartfelt moment.
From the very first preparations to the last dance, the couple’s wedding photography beautifully reflected the deep bonds of family, the laughter of friends, and the special magic that comes from blending tradition with personal touches.
Getting Ready at The Palace at Somerset Park
The day began in the luxurious bridal suite at The Palace at Somerset Park, where Nikki was joined by her closest loved ones for an intimate getting-ready experience. Delicate detail shots of her gown, shoes, and accessories showcased the elegance of her bridal style. Candid moments — from laughter with friends to quiet reflection — were beautifully framed in the natural light of the suite.
Meanwhile, Ryan was already dressed and enjoying relaxed moments with his crew. Our team focused on candid interactions and lighthearted group shots that perfectly balanced the elegance of the day with genuine personality.
First Look Moments with Dad, Fiancé, and Daughter
One of the most touching parts of the day was Nikki’s first look with her dad at 2:45 pm. The raw emotion of that moment — the pride in her father’s eyes and the joy on Nikki’s face — was unforgettable. Soon after, she shared a deeply meaningful first look with Ryan, joined by their beloved daughter.
Capturing this trio together was a highlight of the day — an image of love, family, and future all in one frame. These photos were filled with gentle embraces, shared smiles, and the kind of moments that become heirlooms.
Bridal Party and Family Portraits
At 4:00 pm, the celebration expanded to include the entire bridal party. Against the grand architecture and manicured grounds of The Palace, we photographed both classic and fun poses that reflected the personality of the couple and their friends.
Family portraits followed at 4:35 pm, with a special emphasis on multi-generational connections — from proud parents to beloved grandparents. Every smile, hug, and joyful tear was preserved in timeless photographs.
The Ceremony in the Grand Ballroom
At 6:00 pm, guests gathered for a short but deeply meaningful ceremony. Nikki and Ryan exchanged vows, rings, and their first kiss as husband and wife under the venue’s stunning chandeliers. The joy was palpable, and the photographs from this moment radiate pure love.
Cocktail Hour and Reception at The Palace at Somerset Park
The cocktail hour at 6:30 pm offered guests a chance to mingle and enjoy the elegant setting. A highlight was capturing a cherished family photo with Nikki’s grandfather — a treasured memory for years to come.
The reception, beginning at 7:30 pm, was a vibrant celebration. The grand entrances were filled with energy, with grandparents, parents, the “Something Blue Crew,” and the bridal party leading the way before Nikki and Ryan entered with their daughter.
The first dance was an emotional centerpiece, made even more special when their daughter joined in towards the end. Parent dances followed — Nikki with her dad, Nikki with her grandfather, and Ryan with his mom — moments full of deep emotion and connection. Heartfelt speeches from the maid of honor and matron of honor wrapped the formalities before the dance floor opened for a night of celebration.
