Getting Ready in Style
The day began at 11:30 AM as Heather prepared at the Ballyowen Golf Club. Though she got ready alone, this quiet time allowed for stunning bridal portraits, detailed shots of her dress and accessories, and serene pre-ceremony reflection.
Meanwhile, Tyler prepped at the nearby Grand Cascades Lodge at 12:00 PM. We captured him surrounded by anticipation, documenting every laugh and thoughtful moment leading up to the ceremony.
Couple’s Portraits at Grand Cascades Lodge
At 2:30 PM, Heather and Tyler had their couple’s portraits taken at the luxurious Grand Cascades Lodge. With panoramic mountain views, elegant architecture, and soft natural light, this location offered a romantic backdrop that enhanced their chemistry and style. These portraits reflect the calm before the excitement, and were followed by bridal party portraits at 3:30 PM in the same location.
Family Photos and the Signing of the Ketubah
At 4:30 PM, we returned to Ballyowen Golf Club for meaningful family portraits. Every hug, smile, and family grouping was thoughtfully framed to preserve the essence of their loved ones’ support.
A pivotal moment took place at 5:00 PM— the signing of the Ketubah. This traditional part of a Jewish wedding beautifully united faith and family, and we were honored to capture its emotional significance just before the ceremony.
A Jewish Ceremony with Mountain Views
At 5:30 PM, the outdoor ceremony commenced at Ballyowen Golf Club. Heather and Tyler were married under a chuppah, surrounded by panoramic vistas and their closest friends and family. The sun dipped low as they exchanged vows, rings, and blessings, creating a moment that was both spiritual and stunning.
Cocktail Hour and Reception Festivities
The celebration continued at 6:00 PM with a scenic cocktail hour on the club’s lush grounds. Guests mingled, toasted the couple, and enjoyed the fresh mountain air.
At 7:00 PM, the reception began with formalities that struck all the right emotional notes. Heather and Tyler shared a romantic first dance, followed by touching parent dances. Speeches by the Father of the Bride, Best Man, and Maid of Honor were heartfelt and full of laughter.
