As soon as you pay your invoice, your day is marked with us and you are all set with your team for your wedding day. Behind the scenes, we activate your account on our site, publish your planner, and send you your welcome email. Then throughout the process, we are just a message away via our app.
A one hour session on location with your wedding day photographer. The location and times are usually discussed prior. Get ready to smile and get the first official pictures as a couple!
We go over a comprehensive wedding day timeline, specific photo requests, and video points. At this point we try to give all the other vendors a clear understanding of your wedding day. Your wedding planner is also Sharable so you can have everyone in your family and bridal party on the same page.
Time to cross all the T`s and mark all the I`s . Last big meeting before the wedding day to answer any questions you might have regarding the big day!
A quick call or text just to triple securely check your wedding start time for our team and make sure nothing changed in this last weeks. One last thing before the Big Day!
Your Previews will be ready usually 1-2 weeks after the wedding day! We strive to get your Social Media Worthy images asap. You will always be able to see them under our Latest Weddings and will receive an email and messages as soon as they are up!
Your online gallery with all your wedding images will be ready within 4-6 weeks from your wedding day. Now its time to dig in and relive every moment of your wedding day. All our galleries are available for 1 year online and you can order a USB from our Shop Page at anytime. You can also extend the time they are available.
Once you are ready, we can get cracking and design an awesome wedding album. We usually need 100-120 images that you can simply favorite on your gallery. Once you have done that, hit Alert your Photographer and we can have our zoom call to prepare the book for print. Printing takes about 4 weeks and we mail out the books right to your home!
We include free reviews of your images. So if we missed a flyway or someone photobomb you, we got you. Simply create a ticket and we`ll get right on it.
Your files are now being backed up on our servers and we start working on your films. If you want to receive your raw footage as well simply fill in a request form and we`ll gladly send it to you. We do recommend requesting it within 30 days of your wedding day
Based on the video questionnaire, you fill in before the wedding we craft your wedding videos. Once completed, we publish the highlight video under our latest videos and on the same page, if you are logged in, you will also see the download links. We store all finished videos for 1 year after the wedding and you can extend that online.
We include free reviews of your wedding video within the first 60 days after we deliver them. Simply open up a ticket and you will be able to request your edit.
