After the wedding day

photos

Online Gallery

Editing your photos takes about 30-45 days from your wedding date to complete. As soon as the process is completed, we will upload an online gallery for you to access and share with all your loved ones. The galleries are stored on our server and available for a year.

USB Drive/Direct Link

After you receive the online gallery of your wedding photos, you can order a USB from our SHOP page. The USB will be delivered to you through mail within a week, but please note that there will be a shipping fee. Alternatively, you can also download all the photos for free by using the direct download links available right after the editing process is complete. These links are available for all of our galleries.

videos

The video edits for the highlight reel and the full-length film of your wedding date will be completed within 3-4 months of when we receive your songs. When the final cut of your wedding’s video edits is done, you will receive Dropbox links containing your files available for download.

RAW Footage

This is done on a per-request basis. After sending in a request, a link containing the raw footage for download will be e-mailed back to you within 1-2 business days. If you want to order a hard drive with all your raw footage, you can do so from our SHOP page.

We archive the RAW footage for one year, so please send the request promptly.

albums

Your wedding albums will be ready within three weeks of doing an Album Design Consultation.

We must have all your images uploaded first to set up an album design consultation. To upload them, use the files from your gallery or USB. Once you have chosen your pictures, head to the CLIENT AREA under the FAQ and choose Album Images submit. Once we receive them, we will confirm the upload and send you a link to book the appointment.

Included with most packages, you will already have an album, and if you want to add more pages or change the cover, that can be done at the time of the meeting for a charge.

Can I get some previews from my wedding?

After the wedding, we will create previews for you to view within a week. Please email us to request them.

can I edit something out from my pictures?

We try to do our best to remove all the imperfections on all your wedding images. In case we missed something, let us know.

We usually ask you to upload the image(s) in question and let us know what to remove/edit.

Every image is different, and to ensure consistency, we recommend looking at them first.

Can I get a specific look on my wedding photos?

We always ensure that the images are edited in a clean and crisp manner as we believe in the longevity of the photographs. Our aim is to make sure that your wedding photos look real and vibrant even after 10, 20, 30, or 40 years. Hence, we avoid using heavy, unrealistic, or trendy edits that might not age well. However, if you have a specific look in mind, we can definitely apply it to all the photographs. We suggest that we first do the main edit and then add any filters on top of it.

How many photos do I get?

In general, a single photographer will provide about 80-100 photos per hour, while two photographers will provide around 140-160 images per hour.

How long do you keep the galleries online?

We usually keep all our galleries anywhere between 1 to 5 years online. If you would like, we do recommend creating a Dropbox account and storing them there as well for safekeeping as well.

Are the photos mine?

Short answer is yes. We do not charge additional for rights or anything when it comes to your images.

How long until I receive my USB?

We usually process the orders the next business day. USPS usually delivers in 5-7 days the USBs.

Can I change the songs I chose for my video?

We do not recommend changing the songs for your video since the videos are usually cut to the song you initially choose.

Can I extend/shorten my video?

You'll be able to edit your video once you receive it.

Usually, the week after the wedding day, we have your RAW footage ready to be sent and/or downloaded to a hard drive. If you want to edit your video, we recommend having the raw footage so we can work with the same files. In that way, any edits are done to your liking since video editing is a very personal thing.

How long you keep my videos?

As for the images, we archive them for 2 years, usually for the edited files, and 1 year for the raw footage.

We always recommend ordering your USB and Hard Drive as soon as possible to have them backed up in multiple places.

how long is an album design meeting?

Our album design consultation meetings are usually 45 minutes to an hour long and are done via Zoom.

Can you do the album for me?

We prefer not to design any albums and order them without your input since they are important family memories and we want to make sure they are perfect.

Can I choose more then 100 images for my book?

You can choose more then 100 images for your book and depending on the number of pages included with your wedding album we try to stay close to that number.
