Wedding Timelline
First look timeline
This is an example of a wedding day, when the day starts with the getting ready, then moves onto the First look, portraits, and then the ceremony followed by the Reception.
Getting ready
It's time to get the girls ready. Hair and makeup should be finished, and the flowers should be delivered by now.

Get ready! The groom's party should be present and prepared.
FIRST LOOK
It's time for you to see each other! Usually, we choose a private outdoor location for this moment. You can choose to have only your bridal party and family watch if you prefer. Once we complete the first look, we'll move on to your romantic photo session."
Bridal Pary Pictures
It's time to take some pictures with your favorite friends! We'll take shots of all the girls individually and together, followed by each member of the bridal party with the bride or groom.
Family Picture Time!
We typically begin taking photos with the bride's side of the family, followed by photos with both families combined, and then finally the groom's side of the family. This way, if any guests arrive earlier, the bride can avoid being seen by hiding until the photos with her side of the family are finished.
Break before Ceremony
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we like to give the bride and groom some time alone before the ceremony starts. This allows them to prepare and take in the moment. As photographers and videographers, we use this time to set up our equipment and get ready to capture the special event.

You are married! The ceremony is here!
Cocktail Hour
This is a great time to say hi to your guests and enjoy the delicious food. Towards the end of the cocktail hour, we usually like to get you for either a ballroom shot or a sunset shot.
Party Time!
It's time to dance the night away and celebrate with your loved ones your union. We usually prefer to be candid during this time and let you have the night of your life!
Cake Cutting
Sweetest part of your reception is a great time to get some photos done! If you are up for it, usually we like to get you guys for a Night Shot before we say our good byes

Family Picture Time!
We usually will have this at the church if you are doing a ceremony in a religious environment, and we usually have the immediate family stay with us.
Couples Session
It's time to capture your portraits, whether at the venue or the park. Typically, a 45-minute session is sufficient.
